Exercise Review Packages

Packages of 3, 6 and 9 exercise review appointments (20 minutes) are $120, $240, $360 with Private Health rebates available to those eligible.

Some of us need a bit of help keeping up our exercise prescription, making sure we are doing the movements correctly, or need help to know when to progress our exercises while we are recovering from an injury. These packages allow you to split your appointments over a number of sessions so we can help you get moving again.

These packages are paid and booked ahead of time, helping you maintain your motivation and measuring your progress as you get better.
