Kat Trimble
Clinical Myotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist, Sports Trainer
AVAILABILITY:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
A passionate physical therapist, who helps busy individuals move beyond short-term relief
by bridging the gap between hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation.
She often works with people in early stages of injuries,
or those who feel stuck in cycles of recurring injury/incomplete recovery,
guiding them toward more sustainable, confident movement.
Her approach is centred on understanding what’s truly driving each person’s symptoms
and creating personalised treatment and movement plans that align with their goals—
whether that’s returning to sport or staying pain-free in everyday life.
By combining hands-on therapy with progressive rehabilitation,
Kat focuses on building stability, control, and long-term resilience.
Originally from Darwin, Kat’s perspective has been shaped by both travel and sport.
After spending time in the UK and Europe, she developed a strong
appreciation for individual experiences and perspectives,
which now underpins her patient-centred care.
Her background in competitive gymnastics, acrobatics, track & field, tennis,
and field hockey gives her first-hand insight into the demands of activity and the
frustration of injury—driving her focus on practical, effective rehabilitation.
She works collaboratively with patients to create clear, achievable recovery plans,
with the goal of not only reducing pain, but helping them return stronger, more confident, and in control of their bodies.
